ACE Schools Plymouth are looking for a Finance Administrator to work within our busy finance team. This is a new role that has been developed and reflects the exciting growth and development plans of the Trust.
The Finance Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day financial administration across the MAT for sales ledger income, amongst other key duties. This is an excellent opportunity and is perfect for someone who has some experience working in a finance role and who may already be working towards a finance qualification. You will be fully encouraged and supported to undertake training within the Association of Accounting Technician’s (AAT) whilst also receiving on the job training by your trusted colleagues.

We are currently seeking a Data Manager to take a leading role in the processing and the analysis of our student’s progress during their time with us at ACE Schools Plymouth AP Academy. You will need to have an interest in data analysis, in particular student progress, have the ability to work to deadlines, communicate with all levels of authority and have great attention to detail.

We are looking for an Administrator to provide support to our growing administration team. You will be responsible for supporting the day to day activities of a busy front office as well as administration relating to our pupils who are on commissioned bespoke packages.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a wider experienced team who will be able to offer support and guidance in the duration of this role. Essential qualifications and person specific requirements are as per the role profile.

As a Pastoral Lead in Camborne, you will be supportive and will play a large part in behaviour management of the pupils attending the academy, giving strategies and support to the staff that you work alongside.
Communication with parents, schools, staff and multi-agency partners is a major part of the role. You will need to be comfortable having difficult conversations with parents communicating concerns in a sensitive and supportive way. Communication with staff is key to ensure that the team is motivated and supported on a daily basis. This will require knowledge and the ability to support children whose behaviour may be affected by experiences of trauma, attachment difficulties or neuro-developmental issues.

ACE Schools Trust are looking for a Quality Assurance Area Manager to lead on the support to our bases located in Cornwall. Accountable to the Head Teacher, Deputy Head, Assistant Head (SENCo) and Local Governing Body, the Quality Assurance Area Manager must support the SLT in providing vision, leadership and direction for the bespoke provision sites ensuring that they are organised and managed to meet, and surpass, ACE’s aims and targets.
You will be expected to lead on developing the quality of teaching, learning and assessment across the school and line manage the teaching staff in the bases and be responsible for the provision, monitoring and outcomes of all pupils with SEND.
